We dispatch within 3 working days to UK destinations only using Royal Mail 2nd class standard parcel service. Although we make every effort to ship all orders within any announced delays their delivery is beyond our control, therefore some orders may take longer to arrive than others, please allow 15 working days after the due date before contacting us regarding non-delivery, please read point 6 below.
1. You may return your order for whatever reason within 28 days from the first day after receipt of goods for a full refund. Please inform us of your wish to return within the first 14 day period using our Contact form. You then have a further 14 days after your return notification to return the order to us. Please return the item/s in a saleable condition and either in original packaging or other suitable packaging. If the item/s are returned in a damaged condition resulting in a loss of resale value, we reserve the right to make a claim.
2. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred returning the item/s to us and fully responsible for the transit period until we take receipt, we recommend you obtain proof of posting for your own security. Having received your return we will inspect the item/s and either issue a refund or proceed with a damage claim.
3. Please note that if we do not receive notification within the set period stated above no returns for any circumstance will be accepted.
4. Your refund will be in the same form as your payment method, i.e. paid through PayPal account, refund to PayPal account.
5. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days from receipt of your package.
6. Should your order fail to be delivered due to postal strikes, adverse weather or problems with the Royal Mail itself, the following procedure shall apply:
a. Notify us if your parcel has not been received within 15 working days after the due date, we will then proceed with a claim from Royal Mail, responses from Royal Mail may take up to 30 days. If you still wish to receive your order and provided
that it can be traced, we will ask for a redelivery to your home.
b. If you have asked for a refund this will be forwarded to you within 3 working days once Royal Mail have processed our claim.
c. In the event your parcel is delivered after a refund has been issued please contact Leather Solutions.
7. If you have ordered an item/s by mistake and would like an exchange please follow the procedure above and return your unwanted item(s) to us. Please re-order the item(s) you do require as normal.BACK TO LEATHER CARE
